November 9th 2018 — Open to the Public. General Conference on Medicinal Cannabis
The first day of the Conference, November 9th, will be open to anyone that seek more information on Medicinal Cannabis.
Cannabis for Medicinal purposes was just approved by the Portuguese Parliament on June 15th 2018. New regulatory reforms will enable patients with a medical prescription to access cannabis for therapeutic purposes, but the information on this subject barely exist in Portugal.
LISBON MEDICAL CANNABIS will be an excellent opportunity for the general public and health practitioners to learn with some of the most renowned physicians and researchers in the field.
The event is organized by Cannativa — Associação de Estudos sobre Canábis — a non-profit association for the studies on Cannabis. We are a multidisciplinary team that contributes with reliable scientific information for the Cannabis regulation in Portugal.
The event will be held in English. Simultaneous translation will be available.
November 10th 2018 — International Certified Education, ONLY for Health Professionals
The 2nd day, November 10th, will be exclusive for Health Professionals: Physicians, Pharmacists, Nurses, Researchers and Veterinarians.
Most of Health Professionals are not prepared to prescribe Cannabis and a large number seek for information on this area. The Education Workshops will be certified by some of the most renowned lecturers in the world.
The Workshop Sessions will take place at Hotel Júpiter, Avenida da República, 46 — Lisbon, on November 10th, from 09:00 to 19:00.
Seats are limited to 75 participants.
All the event will be held in English.
